What could the US Department of Defense do about Julian Assange?
- Charge him with aiding terrorist organizations.
- Charge him with espionage.
- Put out a bounty on him, like we did with Osama bin Laden.
- All of the above.

ACORN, the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now
is our Organization of the Year for removing several members of their board of directors who asked for a financial audit.
Normally, the board of directors of a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization are charged with being responsible for ensuring that the organization is working towards their stated goal. Any 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that removes board members for wanting to do their job raises all sorts of warning signals.
Corruption must be widespread if an organization can to this and not be investigated by either Congress who is giving them lots of money or the IRS.

Wade Rathke is the Quisling Society Person of the Year for 2008.
This award is given for his work in founding and leading ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now).
We had a hard time deciding if his actions were really qualifying as a “Quisling”, however the recent revelations of actions of various ACORN offices, along with firing board members who ask to see the organizations financial records show he really is for undermining our government.

The Quisling Society takes great pride in announcing the winner of its Organization of the Year Award for 2007.
The winner is …. MoveOn.org for their “General Petraeus General Betray Us” ad.
No other organization came close to MoveOn.org in “providing aid and comfort to our enemies.” They exhibited great courage in attacking the integrity of someone who could not publicly respond.
